Riva 88 Florida, the convertible Open yacht

Riva always aims to cater to the beauty and pleasure of yachting, which is why they have created the exclusive “Convertible Top” system that allows this Open yacht to transform into a Coupé version with just a simple control.

The Riva 88 Florida is the spiritual successor of the Riva 76 Bahamas according to its creator, designer Mauro Micheli. He aimed to reintroduce vintage materials from the 80s, particularly wood, into the interiors of the yacht. Elm wood with a “peach skin” finish was specifically chosen to create a soft feel.

It´s integrated Hard Top system provides protection against sun, wind and water while also adding privacy to life on board and offering the pleasure of having “two boats in one”. It is patented by the Ferretti Group and was jointly designed by the Engineering Department with its partners Besenzoni and Centro Stile, earning Riva’s latest masterpiece the title of “convertible luxury yacht”.
